Don't forget to add 15 on to every insurance claim because Links have their own "admin fee" they like to tack on. Be very, very, careful of your insurance limit too as it runs out very fast and you should be aware what is being charged and why. Our latest visit to links cost about 250, of which we paid 60 excess, 15 admin fee, 35 for "medicine not covered by insurer". The problem with our dog? Loose stool caused by overfeeding. I figured that out for myself. Very disappointing and it's getting increasingly difficult to visit them without feeling like I'm going to lose the shirt off ,my back.
Very professional set up. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. Have tried other vets in the area, some cheaper, but none can match the service offered here. Highly recommend.
Thank you for the excellent care we have had especially this last week or two.Very impressed with Amanda , her gentle caring approach to Breagha . Nurse Sue came with Amanda to say goodbye to Breagha and , at a very difficult time they made it just that bit better . We are grateful as it is a hard enough decision to make about your precious wee dog, but to do it so peacefully and with dignity ,made it easier. Thank you Emily and Sydney Winter
