Really, really bad at communicating anything to anyone!

I had a simple but urgent conveyancing requirement so engaged GSB. Several months later I still didn't even have a quote and had to take my business elsewhere. Correspondence went unanswered, promises weren't kept, delays weren't explained, there was clearly a lack of communication within their own office and no apology was offered at the end of it! A very frustrating experience.
